Deprecation warnings due to recent changes in the dependencies are fixed. Also the duplicate dependencies in core pom.xml are cleaned.

Hi @garydgregory, I have rebased and raised PR to removed usage of deprecated methods. Apart from this, if you can create a commons-jelly-1.1-alpha release with the changes we have so far, I can contribute more to migrate the deprecated usages of methods in the modules and it's sub-modules. |
